Hayah Consulting is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Data Entry & Administrative Assistant to join our team on a part-time, remote basis. This entry-level opportunity is ideal for someone who is organized, dependable, comfortable working independently, and interested in developing professional administrative and computer skills.
The successful candidate will provide day-to-day administrative support, maintain accurate records, organize information, and assist with routine office tasks. Training and guidance will be provided. Key Responsibilities
Enter, update, and maintain information accurately in company databases and systems
Review documents and records for accuracy and completeness
Organize digital files, documents, and administrative records
Assist with scheduling, email correspondence, and general administrative tasks
Prepare and maintain basic reports, spreadsheets, and documents
Support the team with data organization and routine office activities
Maintain confidentiality of company and client information
Communicate professionally with team members and respond to routine requests
Complete assigned tasks efficiently while meeting deadlines
Qualifications & Skills
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
No prior professional experience required
Basic computer and internet skills
Familiarity with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace is a plus
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Good organizational and time-management skills
Ability to communicate clearly and professionally
Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment
Willingness to learn new software, systems, and processes
