Management Trainee – Business Consulting
Aegon Consulting | Houston, TX (On-Site)

As a Management Trainee, you'll work alongside experienced professionals to develop a strong foundation in business operations, customer acquisition, sales consulting, leadership development, and strategic planning.

What You'll Do:

• Learn the fundamentals of business consulting and client management
• Assist with customer acquisition and sales growth initiatives
• Build relationships with customers and business partners
• Participate in leadership training and professional development programs
• Collaborate with management on daily operations and team objectives
• Take on increasing levels of responsibility as you advance through the program

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Management, or related field preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
