Aya Education is seeking a Travel Paraprofessional to support K–12 classrooms across partner school sites. In this role, you’ll travel between schools to assist teachers with instruction, small-group work, and individualized support for diverse learners. You will help implement accommodations and behavior plans, reinforce lessons, and maintain a positive, safe classroom environment. Working closely with educators and Aya teams, you’ll collect basic student data, adapt quickly to new settings, and use educational technology to enhance engagement while contributing to improved student outcomes.
