We’re hiring a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team immediately. This entry-level opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, has strong communication skills, and wants to build experience in customer service, client relations, event support, and customer engagement.

No previous customer service experience is required—training is provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a friendly and professional point of contact for customers and clients
• Answer questions, provide information, and resolve customer concerns
• Build positive customer relationships through communication and follow-up
• Support customer-facing events, promotions, and campaigns
• Assist with event logistics, registration, and attendee support
• Gather customer feedback and identify opportunities to improve the customer experience
• Maintain accurate customer information and follow-up notes
• Collaborate with team members to achieve customer service and campaign goals
• Represent clients and the company professionally at all times
• Participate in training and ongoing professional development

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Must be 18+
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Able to work in-person
• Full-time availability, including occasional evenings or weekends based on event schedules

No degree or previous customer service experience required. We’re willing to train the right person.
